WELCOME TO FAMILY GUIDANCE OF WARREN COUNTY
The Family Guidance Center (FGC) is a private, non-profit community behavioral health care center that provides a broad range of mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention services to residents of Warren County NJ. Founded in 1955, the Family Guidance Center of Warren County is dedicated to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by problems related to mental illness, substance abuse, family conflict or emotional adjustment.

Highly trained professional staff, including Board certified psychiatrists, psychiatric advanced practice nurses, licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors are responsive to the needs of their clients and demonstrate flexibility and creativity in developing individualized treatment plans. Services are provided in an affordable and culturally relevant manner; all clients are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their ability to pay.
FGC receives funding from various State and County human service contracts and the United Way of Northern New Jersey. FGC is a certified Medicare and Medicaid behavioral health provider and is enrolled in a number of managed care networks. A sliding fee scale is used for uninsured clients to assure that no one is ever denied services based on inability to pay.
